When we hired Energy Express to play at our wedding we were blown away with their performance on and off the dance floor. First of all the band knows how to read a crowd and run the show perfectly. I have never been to a party where there was a sixty person conga line BEFORE dinner! Throughout the night people were dancing that we had never seen dance before. The band was also very reliable as we planned our wedding, returning phone calls and providing us with all necessary information in a professional and timely manner. We have to say, all in all we got what we expected and much more!

You really set the tone for a thoroughly enjoyable reception. Your elegant style offered a diverse mix of various dance music with a classy overtone. Everyone was on the dance floor having a great time. We found Energy Express on the Internet, contacted Craig and he mailed us a DVD of the band. As soon as we viewed the DVD we new you were the band we wanted to have perform at our wedding.
We then went out to dinner and heard you perform in Amityville at the Bulldog Grille(nice place). The next series of contacts were via email and telephone. Craig, you took the ball from here. You did an excellent job with the introductions and special dances. I didn't realize my throw away bouquet was missing. Not to worry, not only can Danielle sing but she stepped into action and made a beautiful last minute throw away bouquet. Craig and Danielle sang a beautiful duet for our first song. They are quite a team. Mike, Ken and Rich added the great instrumental talent that every great band needs to be a success. All members of Energy Express were a delight to have at our wedding. We highly recommend Energy Express for entertainment at your event.

It is hard to find the words to express the gratitude and appreciation we feel toward Energy Express for the amazing job they did at our wedding on Sunday, July 15, 2007. Not only did they play our first song beautifully but, every song they played throughout the night was perfect. All our guests kept commenting on how great they sounded!
What impressed us most about Energy Express was the sheer professionalism they possess. A few weeks before the wedding, we were informed that we needed music for our ceremony. We contacted the band and asked if they would be willing to provide our ceremony music for us. Not only did they agree to do it for us (which meant they would have to arrive a few hours earlier than originally planned) but, Craig took the time to reassure a stressed-out bride that everything would run smoothly. The band even agreed to acquire and DJ some songs for us that were not on their playlist for the father and daughter/mother and son dances. We couldn't have asked for more!
Energy Express, thank you for making our special day truly special. It ran so smoothly and we have you to thank for that. We will be sure to contact you for any future events we have, as well as recommend you to our friends and family.

Both Jerry and I thought your band was great! You knew what music to play when and did not need any input from us or anyone else. You played a few of our favorite songs without even knowing it. You had quite a range of choices! After hearing your band my nephew commented to Jerry that he had wished he had a band when he got married 2 years ago instead of the DJ that he had paid a lot more for. Before the wedding my sister (the Maid of Honor) had commented that she was afraid that you would not play enough dance songs.....well you sure showed her!! Just wanted to reiterate what my wife and I have already told you the night of the wedding. You and your music were one of the main reasons our affair was such a huge success.....heard nothing but praise about you guys from our family, friends, and the staff at Bridgeview Yacht Club.
Being a former musician myself, I am more critical than most. After seeing your DVD and listening to you in person at Darin's, I knew your group's musicality was not an issue. As we both know, that is not the only thing that makes the music a hit.
Your professional manner and sound were a pleasure to listen and dance to from start to finish. It was great to see people who never dance up on the dance floor for a good part of the evening. Danielle and Craig the amazing performances you gave for our wedding song " I finally found someone cake cutting with "Give me forever, I do was totally impressed how you were able to learn this song and make it sound so original as if I had Barbra and John Tesh there performing.....totally blown away.
I would suggest to anyone who has enough to worry about without having to give the music a second thought, book this band and leave it to these professionals.
